Live at The HIVE presents The Bobby Young Project during an outdoor concert on Friday, August 30 from 5-8pm! Come jive and jam alongside the ultimate rhythm and blues band. Enjoy a seasonal menu, craft beverages and complimentary honey tasting at The HIVE Tasting Room & Kitchen, northern California’s largest honey and mead tasting room.

Pay what you can cover charge: $0-$20-/person.

Family and dog friendly. All ages welcome. No outside food or drinks.

About The Bobby Young Project: For over fifty years Bobby has had a love affair with music, and the guitar. Strongly influenced by the likes of Hendrix, Clapton, Alvin Lee, Leslie West, Sly Stone and Freddie Stone, he has played and recorded alongside acclaimed artists such as The Natural Four, Sugar Pie DeSanto, John Lee Hooker, and Jimmy McCracklin.

The Bobby Young Project works regularly with the John Lee Hooker Foundation with their “Blues In The Schools” fundraisers. In 2016, they were was named “Blues Band Of The Year” and they were nominated for the same honor in 2017 and 2018 by the Northern California Entertainment Music Awards.

The Live at The HIVE concert series features an incredible lineup of local and touring bands from June thru October. A sliding scale suggested cover charge helps to ensure all community members are welcome.
